Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers and general information quickly.

How long does production of a training video take?

It all depends on the complexity of the lesson. But generally we'll have an update for you every business day until the lesson gets completed. Sometimes questions or additional source items, access to your product, etc. can prolong the completion of a lesson. Generally, 1 minute of content will get produced in 1-4 business days, all depending on complexity.

Do I own full license rights to the video content produced by Greenmusk?

Yes! Unless agreed to in an enterprise agreement, the content is fully licensed to you for commercial and non-commercial use. However, Greenmusk retains ownership rights and may use clips of non-confidential content in promotional and marketing material

What if I need to make a revision after approving a lesson for publishing?

At the moment, updates to finalized or published content is priced at 50% off of the Standard price. In the future, you will be able to revise videos from within the Greenmusk Platform.

What is the cancellation refund policy?

After Submitting a lesson for production and before Greenmusk Content Team Member assignment: 50% refund

After Greenmusk starts production of a lesson, that submission is not refundable. However, production can be paused. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to resume the production.
